2. Terms and Conditions (Key Points)
Overview:
These terms govern the purchase, customization, and delivery of furniture and home décor from Larumah. By engaging with Larumah, you agree to these terms.
- Ordering Process: Orders are confirmed once payment terms and product specifications are agreed upon and down payment has been received.
- Payment Terms: Larumah operates with standard 50%-30%-20% payment terms with our clients. Orders are not confirmed until a 50% deposit is received to begin the production or sampling process.
- Custom Orders: Clients must provide accurate drawing/renders, and product specifications for sample production. Sample costs are charged at or above retail price. Sampling products will continue to production after client and supplier have both signed off on sampled products.
- Production Timeline: Production typically takes 8-12 weeks but may vary based on order size and supplier capacity. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
- Warranty: Furniture items include a 6-12 month manufacturer warranty based on supplier agreements, subjective to each individual order made with Larumah. Home décor items are not covered under warranty.
- Returns and Refunds: No returns are accepted. Refunds are considered only for manufacturing defects reported within 3-4 days of receipt, supported by video and photo evidence. Natural wear and tear is excluded.

- Larumah acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for delays or defects caused by supplier manufacturing or shipping. Delays in either will be communicated to the best of Larumah’s ability throughout the order process.
- Product variations in color, material, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of some items.
- EXW terms mean the buyer assumes responsibility for goods once they leave the supplier's premises.

- This policy outlines the responsibilities and obligations related to shipping and delivery depending on the Incoterms agreed upon in the purchase contract.

- **Incoterms**: International Commercial Terms that define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in international transactions.
- **Seller**: The party responsible for delivering goods as per the purchase agreement.
- **Buyer**: The party purchasing goods and responsible for receiving them as per the purchase agreement.
3. Incoterm Responsibilities
- The shipping responsibilities will vary based on the agreed Incoterm. Below are the primary Incoterms and their related responsibilities:
- - **EXW (Ex Works)**:
- The Seller's responsibility ends when the goods are made available at their premises. The Buyer assumes all risks and costs from that point onward, including loading, transportation, and customs.
- - **FOB (Free on Board)**:
- The Seller is responsible for all costs and risks up to the point the goods are loaded on the shipping vessel. The Buyer takes responsibility once the goods are on board.
- - **CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)**:
- The Seller covers costs, insurance, and freight to the destination port. The Buyer assumes risk once the goods are loaded on the vessel.
- - **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)**:
- The Seller assumes full responsibility for delivering the goods to the Buyer’s location, including all costs, risks, and duties.
- - **DAP (Delivered at Place)**:
- The Seller is responsible for delivering the goods to a specified location, but the Buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes.
4. Additional Conditions
- - **Notification**: The Buyer must provide timely notice of any shipping requirements or changes to the agreed Incoterm conditions.
- - **Liability**: Each party agrees to hold harmless the other for losses arising from delays or damages due to factors beyond their control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- - **Insurance**: The Buyer is encouraged to obtain adequate insurance coverage for goods during transportation, especially under EXW and FOB terms.
5. Governing Law
- This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDONESIA
6. Amendments
- Any amendments to this policy must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
